The company was founded in 1971 by our CEO, Shri Rameshbhai M. Mehta, with the idea of manufacturing fasteners and special fasteners exclusively. A qualified Mechanical Engineer, he brings decades of experience in engineering fields relating to turned parts and fasteners, and has built the company to its present level through his effort and hard work.
In 2001, Mr. Hiren Mehta, a young and dynamic engineer, joined his father with ambitious growth plans. The company stepped up into modernisation from that point onwards — new machinery, new systems and a widening customer base.
Our Phase Two expansion was completed in 2017 with the commissioning of a new building of approximately 11,500 sq. ft., which has been in continuous use since. Today, our prestigious clients include leading OEMs such as Hitachi Energy, Schneider Electric, L&T, Elmex, Marathon Electric, Shree Electricals, Ancorp Electricals and Spaco Technologies.
Our manufacturing facilities are spread over a plot area of 20,000 sq. ft. The original two-storey building has a built-up area of around 9,000 sq. ft., and the Phase Two building adds a further 11,500 sq. ft. — a combined built-up area of approximately 20,500 sq. ft., housing a complete, modern fastener manufacturing line.
Ferrous (standard and high-tensile) and non-ferrous fasteners in sizes ranging from M2 to M20 and lengths up to 150 mm, in materials including Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, Brass, Aluminium, High Tensile grades and A320 L7. Head styles include Pan, Cheese, Round, CSK, Hex, Button and Binding heads, with recesses such as Phillips, Combination, Torx, Slotted and Hex — and any special type can be developed to customer requirements.
Our prestigious clients include OEMs in the Electrical, Electronics and Automobile industries, including Hitachi Energy, Schneider Electric, L&T, Elmex, Marathon Electric, Shree Electricals, Ancorp Electricals and Spaco Technologies. We manufacture screws and fasteners in Metric, BSW, UNC and UNF threads, or fully to customer drawings, following IS, JIS, DIN and ANSI standards. Our plant and planning are geared to consistently match the quality expectations and delivery schedules of our valued customers.
We operate a modern plant built around a complete range of the latest Taiwanese fastener-manufacturing lines, producing world-class fasteners across diameters, lengths and head styles. We are fully equipped for high-tensile fastener manufacturing, and our specially heat-treated screws and fasteners deliver high torque performance for demanding applications.

We are an ISO 9001:2015 certified company (BVQI), which keeps our systems running smoothly with the best quality assurance.
We also stay in constant touch with our Taiwanese machine supplier, who regularly develops new devices for in-line, online quality assurance. Time and again, we add these to our machines — giving us a real edge in quality control.
We support our OEM customers with complete quality documentation, including PDIRs, PPAP packages and material test certificates, as per their approval requirements.
